FRYING PAN

Put the product into a heated up Teflon or cast-iron frying pan (without any fat) and cook for 2 minutes, then flip to the other side and cook for another 3 minutes.
OVEN

Put the product on a greased baking tray, place in a preheated oven (baking function, 200-220 °C) and heat for 7-9 minutes.
