Put the pancakes into a heated up Teflon or cast-iron frying pan (without any fat) and cook for 2 minutes, then flip to the other side and cook for another 3 minutes.

Transfer the package contents into a tray. Put into an oven heated up to 200 °C for 7-8 minutes until they are hot.
