DIP HABANERO
Habanero dip is the perfect match for our Chili con carne crepes.
HABANERO-DIP:
300g canned chopped tomatoes
2 habanero peppers
1 peeled clove of garlic
20g of parsley leaves
Juice of ½ lime
1 tablespoon of sugar
½ teaspoon of salt
Place hollowed-out habanero peppers, garlic, parsley, and lime juice in a bowl. Blend everything. Add canned tomatoes and seasonings, blend again, and store in the fridge.
