BASIL DIP

Basil dip is the perfect match for our Bolognese crepes.

BASIL DIP:

  • 300g Greek yogurt
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 15g fresh basil
  • 2 medium cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of pepper

Mix 1/3 of the yoghurt with basil and garlic in a bowl. Blend until the garlic and basil are finely chopped. Add the remaining yoghurt and seasonings and mix well. Store in the fridge.
