CHEESE DIP:
250g of Cheddar cheese
a glass of milk
½ teaspoon of hot paprika
A pinch of pepper
A pinch of nutmeg
Pour milk into a pot, heat it without boiling, and add grated cheese and spices. Stir on low heat until the cheese completely melts. Cool down. Store in the fridge.
