Cheese dip

Cheese dip is the perfect match for our Arrabbiata crepes.

CHEESE DIP:

  • 250g of Cheddar cheese
  • a glass of milk
  • ½ teaspoon of hot paprika
  • A pinch of pepper
  • A pinch of nutmeg
Pour milk into a pot, heat it without boiling, and add grated cheese and spices. Stir on low heat until the cheese completely melts. Cool down. Store in the fridge.
