For best results cook in a steamer for 3 minutes. Alternatively place dumplings in a colander/sieve into a pot with a little bit of boiling hot water. Cover well and cook until soft (usually 3 minutes). Ensure steam circulates well and make sure dumplings are not in direct contact with water. Appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
