Whole package: microwave oven (600 W): pierce the lid of the container. Put the packaging in the microwave oven. Use thermal processing in microwave oven for 4.5 minutes.

FRYING PAN

Take out a crepe from the package. Melt half a teaspoon of butter. Subject one crepe to thermal processing over medium heat for a total of about 1 minute. Subject one side to thermal processing for 30 seconds then turn the crepe and fry for 30 seconds on the other side.
OVEN

preheat the oven to 200°C (top and bottom heating). Put one crepe (or several side by side) on an oven tray and subject to thermal processing for 4 min.
